Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Heavenly Sweet Treats and More, Inc.  These terms and conditions serve as the contract between the customer and Heavenly Sweet Treats and More, Inc.  By paying this invoice, the customer is agreeing to these terms and conditions. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Payment Policy

You can order and pay for your order through our secure payment portal. Heavenly Sweet Treats and More, Inc.  currently uses Pay Pal and Credit/Debit Cards. If you choose these payment methods, you will be directed to another screen and/or site to complete your payment. Please be assured your payment information is not saved on our website. All payments will be due when placing an order. This is our policy as it protects us from loss of revenue. 

 “Pay on Pick-up Option” -Cash App/Venmo

In the event that none of the payment options listed above work for you, Heavenly Sweet Treats and More, Inc. has made the “pay on pick-up” option  available for you if you prefer using Cash App or Venmo as a form of payment. If you choose this option, please be aware that payment is still required before delivery and/or pick-up. Your order will not be fulfilled until payment is received. If you pay using Cash App or Venmo, please follow the instructions below: 

 

  1. After submitting your order, please make reference to your Order Number. You will need to include this in the memo when you send your payment along with the name of the item you ordered.
  2. Submit your payment to Cash App or Venmo using the payment credentials below.

Once your payment is received, your order will be fulfilled. We will send a paid invoice to the email address you provided when ordering. 

Custom Orders

In the event that you do not see what you want on our website, you can request a custom order using the form provided below. If a picture is available, please submit a copy of the picture. Provide as much information as possible about your custom order request. We will respond to you within 24 hours of your request. If we are able to fulfill your request, we will send you an invoice of all the costs associated with your special order request. If you would like to continue with your order, a deposit of 50%  will be due upfront before we can fulfill your order. Example: If your order is $75 , you will be required to pay $37.50 up front. The rest will be due upon delivery/pick-up. Once payment is received, we will begin working on your order.

***Please keep in mind, because this is a custom order, we will need  feasible time to prepare your order (ordering needed supplies/material). Therefore, we request a 2 week notice from the date you would like to have your order. Example: if you need your order February 28, 2023, you will need to submit your order to us no later than February 14, 2023. 

Refund Policy

We do our best to offer the best products and services to ensure that our customers are satisfied. We put a lot of care into creating and packaging each order to ensure that you receive a quality item free of any defects. Every item we sell is edible and perishable and as such all sales are final and no refunds will be given. 

Refusal of Service

We, at Heavenly Sweet Treats and More, Inc. operate in our business with integrity, honesty, and respect. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse service to difficult customers.

Attention customers with food allergies. Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat.
