What if I can’t find what I am looking for on your website?

Please use the “Special Order Form”  to submit a request for what you are looking for. 

How long will it take you to respond to my special order request?

Under normal circumstances, we will respond within 24 hours. In the event that something happens and we are unable to respond in the time allotted, we will contact you no later than 36 hours. 

What kind of icing do you use on your cakes, cupcakes, etc. ?

We currently use our very own buttercreams which come in a variety of flavors and colors. We also have fondant available upon request.

When can I expect to receive my order?

You can expect to receive your order on the date you provided when you ordered. 

How long in advance do I need to order special items, such as cakes.?

Once you place your order, you will need to give us 3 weeks  notice of the time for delivery or pick-up.

Do you cater events?

We do not cater events at this time, but it is something we are considering doing in the future. Visit our website for updates.

What kind of payment options do you have available?

We have Pay Pal, Credit/Debit Card, Venmo, and Cash App available. Please see the “Terms and Conditions” page for more information.

Do you offer delivery or pick-up  services?

We currently offer delivery services in the Bryan, College Station Area. As we look forward to expanding our business, we will provide delivery services to other areas. We also provide free pick-up service at  designated pick-up locations with-in the Bryan/College Station areas. Please read our "Terms and Conditions” for more details.

Do you offer shipping  services?

Yes, we are currently providing shipping on our "Cookies" and "Iced-Sugar Cookies" through our postal service. Please make sure that you provide the correct shipping address and choose our 3-4 day shipping at checkout. 

Do you provide refunds?

We do not provide refunds, all sales are final. Please read our “Terms and Conditions” for more information.
